Pep Centurion very horrible

Pep Centurion very horrible service, I was very offended by the behavior of the staff that caused a scene and also shouted on the intercom that customers should guard their bags, after my husband mistakenly spoke to a lady thinking she was the person we were to meet at Pep because she was wearing the same color clothes as the lady. That was very offensive and it is defamation of character. I am very upset by the behavior of the staff and really offended.
