Pep cellular gateway mall-Disgusting

I purchased a phone on black Friday from Pep in gateway mall,the last that sold me the phone miss advised me about the terms and conditions of the phone ,they then provided me with a sim card that was not yet disabled with the MTN work I was unable to use the phone since the sim card was not working

I go into the store with everything as I bought it to get a refund becuse I no longer wanted the phone . The manager Njabulo Khoza, said he cant assist me as soon as the assistant that sold me the phone came into work he went in the back room n made the assistant to tell me they cant help me ,they diďnt want to call the complaints department from the store for me to speak to them after me explaining to njabulo that I cant keep coming back to the store ...Njabulo tells the assistant that if I want to complain I should call the number on my own they wont use the store phone while still hiding in the back room

I asked to log a complaint ,the manager then sends another lady to assist me samkelisiwe who was polite Told me they cant exchange the phone or give me my money back even though I'm within my 7 DAY return period which will end tomorrow .

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from pep cell..i was miss led ,I had the worst experience...all I heard was excuses .

As a consumer I was denied to return a product after being misadvised .
