Pep Cellphone Return Policy

Bought Hisense E40 Lite for a friend at Polokwane Mall of the North PEP STORE but was told by Supervisor Mercy and so called Area Manager Notokozo Shabangu that there is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE I'm disappointed since the person have used Hisense before and knows about Hisense Faulty and wanted Samsung Brand but their Policy is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
