Pep Cell Wonderpark & Paxi

I bought a Paxi bag at Pep Cell in Wonderpark, Pretoria to deliver a parcel to Pep store Tshepiso Shopping Centre in Sharpeville and a cashier by the name of Boipelo said there is no a Pep store in Sharpeville. I asked her to contact Pep headoffice to confirm but she refused. I asked for a refund since she can't process the delivery. I did call Pep store in Sharpeville, there's one. Pep head office and Paxi also refused to give me money back. So, I was ****** by Pep store Wonderpark and the Pep headoffice is also not helping me. I lost my money from this bad experience.
