Pep cell westgate. Rude and unprofessional manager and stuff. Wicked people

I bought a new decoder at pep cell in Westgate mall. When I got home, the decoder would not work, turns out it was faulty. I had unfortunately lost the receipt so I called pep customer care,they said I should go and do affidavit and take the decoder back. My goodness I got to the shop, the cashiers and manager refused to exchange it, even though I had proof of payment on my statement. They tracked my details in their transaction history but still. They refused and the manager didn't even open her mouth with me, she sent the cashiers to tell me she won't exchange it. Even though I had braught affidavit, proof of payment with the decoder. They were so rude and unprofessional. Pep hasn't done a good job training those people. Never buying anything at pep ever again.
