Pep cell Watergate complain

On the 1st of December around pass 17:00, I went to Pep cell store in Watergate Mitchell's Plain to take out my laybye of a cell that I made. So I approched a lady to enquire about my laybye, sadly, I missplaced the copy of the slip I got when I made my laybye, I only had my Id with me. She asked me where the slip is, and I explained that I missplaced it, but I have my Id. She took the case I'd, I could see she is struggling to get it, she went to the back-office, and came back empty-handed. She started being so sarcastic, telling "this week s what happens when you don't have the slip". I could see she was ****ed. So I asked her wether I can't get someone else to assist me. She threw me with my Id and showed the middle finger. When I ask her, what her name was, she went on shouting, telling me she is the manager of the store and continued to showed me her middle finger (swearing) at me and inviting the audience, everyone on the store was looking at this "show". I am so disappointed at Pep to have a rude "manager" like that. Being rude and boldly claiming to be the manager. I ended up leaving the store without my phone, but sadly my phone is still on that store. I was so disrespected by that so called manager.
