PEP CELL Waterfall Mall Rustenburg!

PEP Cell Waterfall Mall Rustenburg refuses to allow me to upgrade a cell which I purchased a week ago. It's a dual sim phone but does not read both sims and also the recipients cannot hear as the speaker is very soft.

I am willing to pay the difference for a better quality cell.The sales lady by the name of Poifo refuses to let me upgrade.

I called the customer care. Even worse!! Nandi at customer care says 24 hours means the day of purchase, how on earth Nandi?!

Do not waste your money buying from PEP Cell Waterfall Mall Rustenburg.
