Pep cell Trade Route Mall best excuses and more

I am disheartened by the blatant disregard of my consumer rights by the employees of pep cell Trade Route Mall. I went to cancel a laybye I had with them and was told that there is no such thing as cancellation of lay-byes at Pep cell.

I showed them the slip where it clearly states that t"the consumer may cancel the lay-bye at any given time prior to the expiration date" I am well within those terms but the cashier including the supervisor refused to cancel my lay-bye.

One of the two continued to say that the only circumstance that they are willing to cancel was is there a funeral. Someone please help me she'd some light, I lay-byed a cell phone not Life insurance really!!! The terms and conditions are clear in black and white that I have the right to cancel the lay-bye. This is a clear infringement of my consumer rights at a pathetic attempt to retain sales at my expense.

When I asked to see senior personell I was told that there is one and that I am welcome to write to the regional manager.

I lack diplomatic words to describe my rage.

Pep cell Trade Route Mall has appalling customer service and take advantage of black consumers because they have the perception that the command of English language is poor or we aren't aware of our consumer rights.
