Pep cell sucks

I bought 2 phones from pep on the 25 November 2020,one stopped working in December,sent it back to them for repairs,they told me they will notify me when the phone was ready for collection,which they never did,I had to phone in to ask only to find out that the phone has been sitting the for sometime.i picked it up this morning only to find out it still doesn't turn on or charge
