PEP Cell Springs Mall

I purchased a cellphone at Pep Cell in Springs Mall in December. The phone didn’t last even a day, even when not in use, due to a battery problem. I returned it to Pep Cell, and they said they would send it to Vodacom for a battery exchange, which they estimated would take 4 to 6 weeks. It has now been 2 months, and I still haven’t received my phone. When I visit the store, the cashiers display an attitude and tell me they will call me when it’s back. Their customer service is very poor
