The area manager is very Rude, zilch on customer service so there is no way that their staff will have any good customer service, my mother bought a phone that was not good at all. We returned the phone within 7 days of it being bought now when we went to the store for a refund we were told that they won't refund when I told the area manager about escalating it this lady had the nerve to tell me that even if I escalate it either way it will come back to her and she won't cancel nor refund. This Mary manager is surely unaware of consumer right
