PEP CELL , SELLING USED PHONES AS NEW !!!!!

I bought a brand new Samsung cell phone at Pep in Attridgville , so I asked to view the phones and I was told I cant because they get ****** a lot so I asked the lady so what must happen because I want to but a cell phone and which one can she recommend.

Then she said she can recommend the same phone that she is using whick is a Samsung A13.

Than I said wow that's a nice phone but don't you have another colour because the light blue is not for me.

She said she has a black one in stock but I must comeback after 20 min she will have it

Okay after 30min I came back and she told me the black one is not available and she only has the blue one in stock , after waiting for so long I thought all well let me take the blue I'll just buy a cover to cover the back part that I don't really like.

She than asked me if im buying cash and I said yes. Then she asked for my ID than I have her my driver's licence.

She didn't show me the sealed box or even opening the phone Infront of me showing a bit or teaching me about the phone , the next thing she just asked me to sign the slip.

And than she asked should I put your phone in the box or must I give it to you.

The next thing I get home. I'm so happy I bought a new phone.

But when I open the box I can see this box is old inside the box the is no manual the phone does not look and feel new.

So today I went back to the shop , the lady that helped me is so rude she is telling me that I signed and it's my phone she can't do anything about it.

I don't want the phone anymore and I will never step my foot inside a PEP store ever again.

******** even in PEP what Is happening is this world people taking advantage of people even in retail store

Never but your phone at Pep I dont know where they pick this phones up. I am disgusted at such ********ity act.
