Pep Cell Rips You Off

Appalling service from Pep Cell Boulders. Sales reps are rude and don't understand their products. They have no brains between them and still give every excuse under the sun. They sold me a defunk phone didn't want to take it in then I pushed for it and repair store got into accounts and sent whatsapps to contacts using funny names all sorts of ***** stuff. They had to replace the phone they didn't want to take in and still they opened the new phone without me seeing it had the void sticker then argued that I have to accept it. They don't even understand their own warranty but understand how to not service you.
