Pep cell refusing with my refund

Good day

I bought a Stylo tablet from pep cell in Festival mall kemptonpark in September, in less than a month of purchase the device started switching off on its own.I took it back to the store and they told me that they will book it for repairs, after 3 weeks I received a message to come collect it.3 days ago I went to collect it and I was told that it was replaced with a new device.Upon arrival the device was still not working.

Today I took back the device and I requested a refund.The agent at the store Mpho told me that she’s going to book it in again, I refused and I called the customer service.I spoke to Lesego and Mmaphuthi and they told me that the area manager is supposed to authorise the refund. I waited in store for more than an hour and I was told that the area manager is refusing for me to get my refund

I’m so aggrieved by the way things are being handled, all I want is my refund
