Pep cell Randburg square: Poor customer service

Pep cell at Randburg square: Very bad customer service, went to pick up my parcel today and they gave me hard time just because I had a parcel pin number not the number that starts with "D" that they wanted. I literally wasted so much time trying to explain to them how it works, they were so rude. I had to go to pep home to ask help and went back to that pep cell to explain to them again. They really should be taught their work and how to treat customers. I will never use that pep cell again for my courier services.
