PEP Cell poor service

I went to PEP Cell to buy a cell phone,where a lady who was helping me gave me a hard time,I told her I want a "Volt" of R199 she told me I must read the name of the phone of which I couldn't see so she refused to help me and let me stood aside of the line and helped more than two people that were in the Que,she then went to lunch or rest without helping me,it was a very poor service delivery I received from pep cell,her name is Ziyanda Nyezi in prominade PEP cell,in his name tag is written Zianda please help so that this kind of service be burned and it's going to make me not to buy from PEP Cell again, because I am not important,I would be very happy to see Ziyanda Nyezi advertising the cell phone to me so that I can be more interested or give me more options to look around for more amazing phones,yet she gave me a poor service and her attitude,I don't think she deserves to work at PEP Cell,I know customer service,she doesn't have an integrity.
