Pep cell policy issues

Went there.to return a phone and they told the return policy was 7 and they didn't refund me. And the policy they have down under the company is 30days in very good condition which it still is. I'm going back I just didn't have access to the internet. I want them to fix and refund and reimbursed for the money I'm using going back and forth between them
