Pep cell pay joy

Good day I am highly disappointed in the service that I received from pep cell, I returned it as it was giving problems, later I received an sms that says I need to pay around R3000, I didn’t pay now they are threatening to take me to the lawyers, please help because this pay joy is crazy.
