Pep cell operating from Monday and they provide essential

I just want to understand which essential is pep cell is providing as they are going to open from Monday ..it mean we not stay indoors and go buy airtime or cell phones...are they essentials...Mr President please deal with this people...they don't take you seriously....I will never go and buy in this retail anymore.. They showed me that they don't care about people's lives from area manager to HR ...they will be at home but expecting employees to go to working ...as they are not human
