Pep Cell Mobicell Phone

My sister bought a Mobicell for R1100 at PEP Cell Hartswater in April. The phone has 12 months warranty but the store is refusing to take it back because they are demanding the headsets even though they are told the headsets are damaged. The phone still have the box and the slip of the phone, yet they don't want to take it back.

I guess PEP Cell Hartswater staff expect you not to use your headsets just in case your phone gets damaged. Their headsets don't get damaged due to wear and tear. I thought what was important was the slip and box of the phone, I guess I was wrong. I'm glad I no longer buy any phone from PEP Cell. Hopefully after this experience, my sister will also stop buying phones from them.
