PEP CELL MASINGITA MALL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are at pep cell Masingita mall And we were initially assisted by a lady called Andzisani We came to purchase an itel A06 phone We asked a consultant that we want that specific phone so we paid and left only to realise later like about 30 minutes that we actually brought a Sumsung phone not an itel phone.So we returned to the store,same lady who initially assisted us by the name of Adzisani boldly and rudely told us we cannot return a phone...how possible that is while we don't even have an hour left the store? We requested a manager who yes assisted us Without even apologizing not even communicating with us...while the manager was busy assisting us guess what was Adzisani busy doing? She was busy ill talking about us to customers,busy backshutting to bad talking about us as if we were not there! Is that how pep stuff as trained to treat customers?
