PEP CELL **** TO ME

I went to Pep Cell store in Tsakane Mall to buy a sim card(MTN) for my school work.The lady asked for my proof of identification and residence to rice the sim card,she then sold me airtime.When I got home I couldn't perform any action with that sim card as it was not registered.I am unhappy with the service,I really needed to use the sim card,I've waited my time,money and energy.Please deal with this now
