Pep Cell Kempstar Mall

I am so disappointed and raging at Pep Cell Kempstar mall. Bought a cell phone Hisense U17 on date 14/12/2024 brand new, the device heats up on my ear like horribly when i am on call. Returned next day 15\12\2024 to at least to change or refund (which I was wiling to buy up and pay up for a better brand) i was given a big fat "You chose it and bought it so no exchange or refund or buy up for you" which I was told its a store policy. Therefore I left the phone and insisted it is unsuitable for my usage and I was told thanks for the gift by the manager in charge. 1) Pep Cell is getting away with the most since their biggest clientele is people of Afrocentric origin hence so many branches in areas dominated by the same people since there i s no institution on our side. Even you all as Hello Peter has lost touch you no longer sting so we are doomed. 2) Pep Cell buys in bulk defective phones willingly and knowingly so because they are fully aware nothing and no one will make them account. 3) Their management agent are ill mannered, laugh at people and talk back rudely to people cause they know nothing will happen or no one will put them accountable.

Can someone please do something about pep cell.... (A sale becomes a complete sale after 7 days). That's what I saw when reading the constitution as a South African.
