Pep cell Kagiso mall

I have been visiting pep cell in Kagiso mall krugersdorp, the ladies always have attitude towards the customers .whenever I ask to transfer money they always tell me about the system shutting down. I should have came before 12h00 but funny enough when I do come before 12h00 they change they story. Pep cell in kagiso Mall has Poor service. They just don't know how to treat customers
