i have bought a phone at pep cell tembisa mall without noticing that it takes 1 sim card. i told them immediately after paying that i took the wrong 1 i want dual sim. they refused to change for me or to give my money back. even now i am stuck with a phone i am not happy about.their service was very bad because i noticed while i was still at the shop.
