Pep cell is a disgrace

My mom brought a phone from Pep cell it stopped working and they refused to assist her, they actually took advantage of her because she is old and unable the read. The stuff at Pep cell are very rude and arrogant. What happened to the part of customers first and Consumer Protection Act? It's treatment towards it's stuff is disgraceful and upsetting.
