PEP CELL IS A CHEAT

<p>i purchased a phone at PEP cell last week Saturday , on Friday Night the phone would not swith on which " by their cellphone policy is the seventh day and nothing can be done" sad part is the phone stops working on the seventh day when the shop is already closed. this really felt like pep has ****** from Saturday morning i woke to phone and i was told sorry its past seven days we will have to take the phone in for repairs and you will get after the 15th of August. what a joke a bought a phone that ill only be able to use in Two Months. i bought with sense of Urgency only to be told that sorry we cant help you, you are a day late the damn thing brong in the afternoon on the seventh . this is day light *******, bad customer service, i trully belive that there is something that pep could have done for me to get another phone. how do i spend so much money only have a phone for six only to be told sorry youll get in two months time. soent make sence. </p>
