Pep Cell in Chris Hani Mall - Vosloorus

I recently bought a phone (Vodacom Kicka 4 Plus) at Pep Cell in Chris Hani Mall - Vosloorus and experienced bad customer service from one of the tellers. Its less past 7 days, I tried return the device for cash back after a horrible 4 days experience of usage. The phone freezes now and then and sometimes refuses to answer calls, I explained this to the lady and she shut me down with immediate effect and told me that I am just looking for trouble.

For all I know customer satisfaction builds and keeps the business running. I am very disappointed in the manner that lady handled my issue.

Avoid buying from Pep Stores, their staff is not well trained and everything reflecting on the receipt is not practical and false information!!!
