Pep cell employee swears at the elderly

Good day. My mom went to buy a SD card at Diepkloof square pepcell. Your employee got irritated and swore at my mother. Is this how the elderly should be treated. This is my mother and she won't be abused by your staff. The cashier is female, light skinned and slender. This is a formal complaint.
