PEP CELL

I lost my bank cards on the 20/02/2023 (Monday) and discovered that an attempt to purchase was made at PEP CELL 4330; Hammanskraal area. I went to the store to the store to confirm, the staff genuinely confirmed the description of purchase but they could not assist in retrieving a cctv footage to check if maybe I might identify the person. They say it's a HelpDesk matter and they cannot assist in furthering my investigation.

My purse had access cards; identify cards; credit cards and bank cards which I use daily. PEP could not assist in helping me to clamp ID theft *********.. why do they have a CCTV in their stores if they cannot assist customers as such?
