PEP CELL- DISGUSTING SERVICE

Hi,

Somethings are not really worth fighting for but due to rude and bad attitude you get from the staff can really ruin your day. I wentto PEP Cell in Durban City view Centre to buy those small cellphones and when I got home I found that the phone had problems.

1. the phone was fully charged but whenever I switch it on it will automatically switches itself off after 1 minutes. 2. when I'm on a call it makes irritating noise that I can even hear .

I phoned the guy who helped instore according to the information on the slip the name of the guy was Mawande, I spoke to him and advice that I bring it back instore within 7 days and I explained to him that I am a very busy person and work very far.

I finally find some time to take it back in store on Saturday the 15th when I get there avery RUDE lady by the name of Letho who thought for some reasons I don't know my rights as a customer decided to talk ******* and forced me to take the phone for repairs as 7 days have passed, bust seriously how could one be expected to repair an Item that was bought faulty and never used it? I didn't even want an exchange all I wanted was my money back!

Letho made things worse, I wouldn't be here on Hellopeter but she really pushed me what a bad customer service I've just experienced PEP Cell I want my MONEY BACK! and you should do something about Letho I'm certain she does that to every customer
