Pep cell disgusting service

<p>Went to pep cell in Boitekong mall rustenburg today and I must say the service was appauling. Long que, only one till working, cashier with a stinking attitude helping girlfriend before and while other customers are on the que, and no name tags on and lastly an absent store manager. How do you do business with such circumstances? When I confronted the cashier about his service he did not even apologise for his treatment he just asked me what I wanted and when I asked for the manager he said "he is not here what do you want?". With no name tag on I demanded his name and manager's name and he wrote them on a piece of paper and Im not even sure that its their real names.</p>
