PEP CELL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY CREEPY

PEPCELL IN WATERGATE.

All I want to tell people heare is that PEP CELL in WATERGATE, IN SOUTH AFRICA WESTERCAPE closer by Mitchells Plain.

In this store on the 6th of June I bought a STYLO Wifi- Router, and it never worked though i went back and they then promised me to call for the new Device they never did, and I went back a Store Manager by the Name of SAKEENA, told me to go and lodge a big claim because he can not do otherwise since it is a company policy not to refund customers after seven days.

All i want to tell people is that bacare of that store especially if you need something on an urgency as i was hoping that by going to the shop and buying a brand new device it will be of value, in my suprise that i will be treated like that though i gave them enough time to consider their service.
