PEP CELL : CORNUBIA MALL : PATHETIC SERVICE. MORE OVERSIGHT NEEDED.

I visited Pep cell [ Cornubia mall - Kzn ] this afternoon just after 3pm . This section is located in the front near the cashiers . Where is the point in having a store stocked with all the cell phones and promotional items of almost all the networks but not a single dedicated staff to assist Clients in their purchases. Does it make sense ? You stand there waiting to he attended to and they don't even acknowledge you . Where is the training , where is the attitude and where is the oversight at this store . The answer is simple . There is NONE . Where is Store Management. Clearly you are absent PLEASE TAKE YOUR WORK MORE SERIOUSLY. My recommendation: An audit of this store must to conducted and internal remedial action must be put into place . Customers want to see competence . This store has got a long way to go .
