Pep Cell Cellphone exchange policy

This issue of Pep Cell not taking phones back for exchange when you bought a wrong phone by mistake is a *******.I bought SamsungA50 for R5 300,00 and just few minutes later i realised it was not dual sim as i expected.They ddnt want to exchnage it for me when i returned after few minutes of purchase.
