PEP CELL BAD SERVICE

After purchasing 3 phones because of the same problem they took the last one in for repairs in November. I have been back to the store every week to get the same answer every time. Phone still in for repairs. Really 3 month later? The lady in the shop is very rude always sitting eating and not interested in assisting.She threatened me today and waved those greasy hands in my face. This is just not acceptable.
