Pep cell bad customer service

Pep Cell Tzaneen crossing: I bought a Hurricane cell phone at pep last week Monday and it became disfunctional yesterday around 2pm. I took it back today n I was told I won't get another phone because I came on the 8th day I explained that their shop closes at 2 and it's a 30 minutes drive to town and their shop was closed. Out of anger and disappointment I left the phone there and leave. I cannot buy a phone for a week and they refuse to exchange it. Im so disappointed in them. I lost almost one thousand Rands in a week and it took me six good months to save it so that I can get a phone. Hello Peter please intervene on my case. I currently don't have a phone because I gave away the old one.
