PEP CELL

I bought a cellphone at Pep cell Blue Route branch Tokai on Friday. The Assistant said that I could return within 7 days if I have any problems. I tried to load all my old contacts onto the new phone but it was unsuccessful. I then when went back to the store and I explained my situation to the Assistant on duty and then she explained that she cannot exchange the phone. She had the audacity to tell me that I cannot return a phone that I cannot work. I then phoned their customer service and and the call center agent said that it is Peps policy not to give your money back. But when I bought this phone the Assistant verbally said that I can return this phone in 7 days if I had any problems. What **** is this ? Are they selling **** for your money. I was ****** with a R700 in broad daylight. I won't recommend anybody to purchase a cellphone at Pep Cell Blue Route Tokai.
