PEP CELL

I purchased an itel cellphone in december at PEP Heidelberg the Victorian center, in April the phone stopped charging,I took it back in April 26,I have not received an sms that says my phone is booked for repairs,I was told that It takes 6 to 8 weeks but there is no sms no phone call nothing,I don't know what is going on and a lot of people whom I've spoken to says they went through the same thing with pep its either they refuse to take the phone saying it stopped charging bcs of physical damage
