PEP cavalier bad for business.

I was not very pleased for waiting very long in a Q on Sunday 18 November 2018 at Pep Cavalier centre. I got very irritated as one cashier was helping and we were more than 5 clients in the line. A guy was at the till alone, the other lady was doing pricing on baby clothing, the manager took some clothing off the rail and took it to the office. Been in the line for a while, the manager or supervisor came and said someone is coming to help now. A lady came and could noticed that she was disturbed from her lunch as she was wiping her mouth and put her cooldrink in the one of the ***eon holes. I then got served but i can tell you, standing for so long in a line is not acceptable. My experience was not good as there were other people who could have assisted us. Bad for business hey?
