Pep cashier bad attitude

Pep home at Heidelberg mall system was offline and they refused my cash because it had an orange stain resembling a food stain, they refused to inspect it and had bad attitude, they made me feel like it's my fault that the system was offline. The cashier's name is Kgosi. The cash was later accepted at another store without a hassle.
