Pep cash send not recieved

Someone send me money from pep and I was suppose to withdrawit at pep or absa atm I first went to the absa atm and the money didn't come out transaction was not allowed then I went to pep they said the money was withdrawn already at absa. I phoned absa and they said its a pep issue and a lot of people are complaining abt that and pep is robbing us. I just need my money please
