Pep cash send

I have sent money via pep money transfer on 3rd of may and my pin expired, I called their call center to assist me with resetting the pin or give me a new one, it's been weeks now waiting for the sms and they don't give me a straight answer, PEP has even blocked me on Facebook. Please help
