Pep carletonville is a terrible store

I send my husband 70 years old to walk to pep stores in Carletonville, our car was without petrol. He had to go buy a openview decoder. He is diabetic and,he said he was not feeling well when he arrived at pep stores. And mistakenly ask for dstv decoder. He walk back home and came in the house, opening the box.And i immediately said to him that is not openview decoder. He came with a container of petrol also.We put the petrol in the car and went back to pep stores. Very rudely the staff said no,they cant change the dstv decoder to a openview. The box was open.Oky my husband did open the box.But we did not touch the decoder in the box. I dont have scription to dstv.We cant afford dstv. So now the staff said no,there is no way for my money back of exchange for openview, just because the box is open. But we did not remove nothing form the box. So what must i do with a dstv decoder and i lost my money. This is not fair to me as a customer. And they not even want to help me call there head office, because i dont have money to phone. We are Sassa pensioen people, we borrowed the money to buy a openview decoder. Carlerletonville shops are terrible, very friendly when you buy,but when you go back for help,They are rude, and call al people to be witnesses. Pep in Carletonvile is a terrible shop.I can see now why they are been ****** now and a again. It is because they are *****ing for old people. What must i do with dstv decoder Pep I also shout at the staff,Because it is my money that the just took. And if it is true, that my husband form 70years old,ask for a dstv instead of open view,it was a mistake. He is old and a diabetic. Faults can be made
