Pep Capegate ********

My elderly neighbour bought a R99 Telkom airtime voucher at Pep Capegate yesterday. When trying to upload, it wouldn't work. I phoned Telkom today. The lady said that the voucher pin is blacklisted and that Pep should replace it. Neighbour went there this afternoon. The Pep employee wouldn't replace it and wanted to keep the voucher. Which meant that neighbour would have no proof. Was told to go back there tomorrow. Completely unacceptable. How many people have they done this to?! It's definitely ********. Neighbours are pensioners, which makes this even more despicable.
