PEP cachiers are doing *****

This is the second time I sent money to my daughter through PEP store at eyethu mall next to picknpay bottle store she never recieved the money it doesn't matter that it was R100 thats money to me again this month i did the same thing she never recieved the money,yesterday we called a number on the on the for customer's care we were told that the money was withdrawn at Eyethu Absa branch less than twenty metres from the store and it was withdrawn within two hours after it was sent , that is the information we got from the customers care and my daughter stays in kagiso there is lot of scandal with that store

I was asked to open a case which I will and my question is am i the first person to lodge such a complaint ?
