Pep bul**** and stole my sim-card

I had bought a mi-fi device on Telkom network and it has been more than a week now the sim-card is still not Rica, so yesterday as I pass by Boitekong Mall Pep Cell I decided to buy another sim-card which cost only R0.99. So the manager named Salamina happened to be the cashier then I put on the cash desk my id, proof of residence and my other belongings and I open the sim-card to inset it in my phone so I can see if they Rica it.

Then she demands that I must pay R11 because the sim-card comes with airtime which I don't understand and I said to her "fine Rica it if it works then I will buy the airtime" mind u I have already bought R50 airtime that I am not using because I don't have a working sim-card. So she refused telling me that a sim-card takes 6 hours to Rica. And then I refused to buy airtime I won't be able to use.

As I was leaving I remembered that I forgotten my sim-card and Salamina took my sim-card and told me to call their head office if I have a problem.

Today I tryied to call their call center and I don't get through.

As far as I know I can only pay the price u advertised on items and I refuse to abide by unfair unwritten terms and conditions.

A sim card taking 6 hours to Rica is bull****, I went to Shoprite and they did Rica a sim-card for me immediately.

How the **** does their sim-card take 6 hours to Rica? And who gives Pep the right to take my sim-card? Now I must use my petrol to go to mtn and my money to do a simswap, yet I can't get calls I lost contact numbers and the data I had in that sim-card.

I NEED MY SIMCARD BACK YOU PEP *******.
