PEP BREE AND SIMMONDS NEEDS NEW STAFF

PEP store in Bree and Simmonds street is a NO GO arear trust me ... I went there to buy my child a school shirt to find them all folded in their plastics and nothing on display to show the sizes or the cuts I was forced to buy my child a school shirt just by guessing it would fit her however when i got home she didn't even have to fit it it was extremely small. I went back to take the shirt back to be met by the most modest and rudest manager there believe it or not at 10am in the morning he was already not in the mood to greet or to even speak to a customer. According to my knowledge PEP stores have upgraded even their service is much friendlier later today i felt like i was at a government clinic where i will get the service if they want to service me. The people at the till are a great example of their manager rude and grumpy as hell. Can PEP look into hiring better people for that shop people who wanna be there not people who are there to serve us with clinic services.... I WONT BE GOING BACK TO PEP IN BREE AND SIMMONDS ANYTIME SOON....
