I was at the store on 12 December 2017 to open up 2 PEP "bank accounts". Yesterday on 13 December I went with some change to buy tokens to load onto these bank accounts. PLEASE NOTE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THIS CHANGE WAS R130 The manager / supervisor Lucy was so rude shouting that I must first go to the bank to change it into notes. I then asked her where is the notice in the shop stating that change is not accepted? Furthermore if I have to got to the bank to exchange to notes I can most just as well deposit the money there? She just clicked her tongue and kept on standing next to the cashier who was very helpfull. This kind of service and attitude is not acceptable!!!!
