PEP BRANDFORT IS THE WORST

PEP 0421 Brandfort has the worst service and worst customer care service that you can get. Me and my mother were there today 27/09/2018 at 16:50 to buy some curtans and clothing for a 5year old boy. The shelfs are so full when u walk past the shelfs some of the clothing fall from the rails so i told the one lady working there the shelfs are very full so she rep****: Then you must look better at the stuff. So when i we got at the till to pay at cashier Joyce Mahloko she said the one t-shirt does'nt scan because it is only availble to buy tomorrow on promotion. So why is it hanging on the shelf? Then i told her if it is on the shelf then i can buy it so the one lady in office came out standing in the office door just laughing and says it is only aivalble tomorrow but again i whant to know why is it on the shelf? So they were talking in their language and lucky for me i understood everything. This is the worst PEP Store there is. Get a better manager to run your shop and i will never buy there again and will tell everyone not to go buy there.
